Responsibilities:


- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Expertise:


- Lead the implementation and configuration of Google Analytics 4 for our web and app properties.


- Develop and maintain GA4 reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).


- Perform in-depth data analysis in GA4 to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates of Google Analytics 4.


- Google Analytics Implementation and Configuration (Universal Analytics & GA4):


- Implement and manage Google Analytics tracking codes (using Google Tag Manager or direct implementation).


- Configure goals, events, custom dimensions, and metrics to capture relevant user interactions.


- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and troubleshooting.


- Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to implement tracking requirements.


- Data Analysis and Reporting:


- Analyze website and app data to understand user behavior, identify areas for improvement, and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.


- Develop and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports and presentations to stakeholders, providing clear and actionable insights.


- Translate complex data into understandable formats for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Identify opportunities to optimize website content, user flows, and conversion rates based on data analysis.


- Analytics Tools Proficiency:


- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Google Analytics (both Universal Analytics and GA4).


- Experience with other analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics is a plus.


- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Google Looker Studio) is advantageous.


- Google Ads Integration:


- Integrate Google Analytics with Google Ads to track campaign performance and optimize advertising spend.


- Analyze the impact of Google Ads campaigns on website traffic, conversions, and user behavior.


- Provide insights and recommendations for improving Google Ads campaign effectiveness based on analytics data.


- Collaboration and Communication:


- Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to understand their data needs and provide relevant insights.


- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to present findings and recommendations.


- Participate in cross-functional projects to ensure data-driven decision-making.


- Staying Updated:


- Continuously learn and stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in web analytics and digital marketing.

Skills Required:


- 4-6 years of relevant experience in Google Analytics.


- Proven experience in Google Analytics 4 implementation and reporting.


- Strong knowledge of GA4 configuration and data analysis.


- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and ideally Adobe Analytics.


- Solid understanding of Google Ads integration and its impact on website analytics.


- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.


- Strong communication and presentation skills.


- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


- Experience with Google Tag Manager is a plus.


- Familiarity with SQL or other data querying languages is a plus.


- Master's /Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Business, Statistics, Computer Science)
