About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in B2B marketing to join our team in Chembur, Mumbai.
This role requires a creative yet analytical professional who can design, execute, and optimize digital strategies that strengthen our online presence, generate quality leads, and contribute directly to business growth.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the brands digital footprint by leading SEO initiatives, managing targeted campaigns across multiple channels, leveraging marketing automation tools, and driving impactful B2B engagement through platforms such as LinkedIn and email marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Campaigns
- Plan, run, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (SEO, email, LinkedIn, and content-driven initiatives).
- Manage performance campaigns across organic and paid channels to maximize ROI.
SEO & Content Marketing
- Lead SEO initiatives to increase website visibility, search rankings, and organic traffic.
- Oversee keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and technical SEO improvements.
- Collaborate with content creators to produce impactful blogs, articles, videos, and social media posts.
Email & Marketing Automation
- Design and manage drip email campaigns targeting different buyer segments.
- Leverage marketing automation platforms (Salesforce/Pardot or similar) to nurture leads and streamline workflows.
- Monitor email performance metrics and optimize campaigns for higher engagement and conversions.
Social Media & B2B Engagement
- Build and execute targeted LinkedIn strategies to generate B2B leads.
- Grow and engage with professional audiences through thought-leadership content, case studies, and webinars.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine positioning.
Analytics & Optimization
- Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance across platforms using Google Analytics and other tools.
- Prepare performance reports with actionable insights for leadership.
- Continuously optimize campaigns, landing pages, and conversion funnels to enhance outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3+ years of proven experience in B2B Digital Marketing, preferably in a fast-paced or growth-driven environment.
- Strong expertise in SEO, LinkedIn campaigns, email marketing, and content creation.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and other campaign tracking tools.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Salesforce/Pardot or similar) is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate insights into clear actions.
- A creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
