Digital Marketing Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Marketing (SMM):
- Develop and execute engaging social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
- Plan and schedule compelling content.
- Monitor audience engagement and optimize performance.
- Run targeted paid campaigns to maximize reach and ROI.
Google Ads & PPC Campaigns:
- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube).
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing to enhance ad performance.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize web content.
- Build high-quality backlinks and ensure adherence to technical SEO best practices.
Analytics & Performance Tracking:
- Track and report key metrics using Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights.
- Utilize Google Tag Manager and Facebook Pixel for effective tracking.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing.
- Expertise in Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, and SEO.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Pixel.
- Proficiency in tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Screaming Frog.
- Knowledge of content marketing, email marketing, and lead generation is a plus.
- Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
