Job Description:


We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive website traffic, and improve online engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media management, and data analytics to execute high-impact campaigns effectively.


Roles & Responsibilities:


- SEO & Website Optimization: Develop and implement SEO strategies, conduct keyword research, and improve website performance.


- Digital Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize SEO, SEM, paid media, social media, and email marketing campaigns.


- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track key performance metrics using Google Analytics and other tools to enhance digital strategies.


- Social Media & Content Marketing: Manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and increase audience engagement.


- E-commerce & Growth Strategy: Support e-commerce initiatives, drive product visibility, and optimize digital conversions.


- A/B Testing & Conversion Optimization: Conduct testing to improve user experience and campaign effectiveness.


- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to create landing pages, marketing assets, and improve user experience.


Requirements:


Desired Candidate Profile:


- Experience: 5+ years in digital marketing with expertise in SEO, SEM, and paid advertising.


- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.


- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz), and content management systems (CMS).


- Familiarity with HTML, WordPress, and marketing automation platforms is a plus.


- Experience with graphic design and video editing tools (Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Premiere Pro) is an advantage.
