Job Role:

- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.

- SEO & SEM: Conduct keyword research, implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies, and manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, etc.

- Social Media Marketing: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc., to increase engagement and follower growth.

- Content Creation: Create engaging content (blogs, social media posts, email newsletters) aligned with the marketing strategy.

- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns and prepare reports to share insights on ROI, performance metrics, and optimization opportunities.

- Email Marketing: Design, develop, and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.

- Website Management: Assist in maintaining and optimizing the website to improve user experience and SEO rankings.

- Market Research: Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and competitor strategies.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the design, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment on all digital marketing activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Master's or Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.

- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, HubSpot, or similar.

- Strong understanding of SEO principles and content marketing strategies.

- Experience with social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
