Qualifications & Skills Required
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in a customer support role or a related customer-facing field.
- Communication Skills: Strong proficiency in both verbal and written communication, along with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Independence: Proven ability to work effectively and independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.
- Empathy & Patience: Possess a high degree of empathy and patience, enabling you to effectively handle challenging customer issues with understanding and calm.
- Customer Focus: A strong commitment to consistently meeting and exceeding customer expectations and ensuring their satisfaction
