- As a Specialist Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in understanding and analyzing the business requirements of our capital market clients and providing valuable insights to enhance their products and services.

- You will collaborate with stakeholders, business end-users, and IT teams to translate business needs into functional requirements and ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

- Capital Market Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Capital Market domain, with a focus on products such as Loans, Deposits, and Cash Equities.

- Business Requirements Analysis: Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and business end-users, identifying opportunities for improvement and enhancement.

- Product Understanding: Develop a thorough understanding of capital market products, including Loans, Deposits, and Cash Equities, and their related processes and functionalities.

Qualifications:

- 8 to 10 years of experience in Functional business analysis or systems analysis in the Capital Market industry.

- Excellent understanding of products such as Loans, Deposits, Cash Equities, etc.

- Good to have knowledge of business functions, process flows, and data flows from front to back for any banking product.

- Good to have a strong understanding of functional architecture and data governance in the Banking and Financial Services domain.

- Demonstrated ability to effectively use complex analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving techniques.

- Consultation Skills: Proven ability to consult with business end-users to solve complex system issues/problems through in-depth evaluation of business processes, systems, and industry standards, recommending appropriate solutions.

- Ability to Analyze Business Processes: Analyze business processes, gaps in capabilities, and identify appropriate data sources, interfaces, and process changes required to address capability gaps.
