
- On-boarding and client lifecycle management in an Investment Banking with 5- 8 years of experience.
- Proven experience with customer reference data, data modelling, data analysis, data migration and interface design.
- Knowledge of agile Kanban and Scrum methodology with ability to thin slice stories to align with Sprint cycles.
- Good understanding of the digital product development process, ranging from requirements and idea inception through to development and execution
- Working with digital requirements gathering and digital journey mapping.
- Articulate how these requirements are elaborated and validated
- Demonstrate how customer centric thinking is expressed and reinforced through the digital product design processes
- Strong understanding of digital UX and interaction design
- Appreciation of API services and ability to interpret XML and JSON files
