Job Overview:

We're looking for a dynamic Brand & Product Marketing Specialist with 4-6 years of full-stack marketing experience to drive our brand presence and product narratives. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building communities, creating compelling content, and optimizing distribution channels. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, possess a strong creative instinct, and are adept at leveraging AI tools, you'll be a key player in shaping our brand's voice and reach.


Key Responsibilities:


Community & Ecosystem Building:


- Launch and cultivate community-led initiatives, including CXO roundtables, breakfast meets, invite-only sessions, and podcast-led formats.

- Develop long-term brand presence within the finance ecosystem, creating programs that foster trust and engagement.


Content & Thought Leadership:


- Own and execute content programs across various channels such as blogs, newsletters, founder-driven narratives, and deep-dive explainers.

- Launch high-impact properties including podcasts, interviews, and thematic content series.

- Build and manage our brand across all relevant platforms, especially LinkedIn, by creating distinctive and engaging content.


Product Marketing & Collateral:


- Take ownership of product messaging across the website, sales decks, email copy, and all marketing collateral.

- Collaborate closely with founders and the sales team to continuously refine narratives based on real-time feedback.


SEO & Distribution:


- Develop and run an SEO content engine to improve visibility without compromising brand voice or relevance.

- Own content distribution across organic, social media, email, and external platforms, ensuring content reaches the target audience effectively.


What We're Looking For:


- 46 years of full-stack marketing experience, ideally within SaaS or early-stage startups.

- Strong creative instinct and an ownership mindset, with a proven ability to deliver results.

- Experience working across brand, content, product marketing, and community initiatives.

- Fluency in utilizing AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, Canva, Descript, etc.) to enhance efficiency and creativity.

- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, particularly for LinkedIn and long-form content.

- Comfortable with ambiguity and adept at figuring things out as needed.


Bonus Points:


- A background in corporate finance, either academic or professional.

- A strong belief in the "Track, iterate, and double down on whats working" mantra.
