Meta Ads Specialist (4-6 yrs)
- Campaign Management: Set up, launch, and manage advertising campaigns across Meta's platforms (Facebook, Instagram) from start to finish.
- Ad Set & Ad Creation: Create compelling ad creatives (copy and visual recommendations) and configure ad sets with precise targeting options.
- Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics (e. , CPA, ROAS, CTR), and identify areas for optimization.
- Budget Management: Manage advertising budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI for clients.
- Reporting: Generate regular performance reports and provide insights to internal teams and clients.
- Audience Research: Conduct in-depth audience research to identify new targeting opportunities.
- A/B Testing: Implement and analyze A/B tests on various campaign elements (creatives, audiences, bidding strategies) to improve performance.
- Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest Meta Ads features, trends, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4-6 years years of hands-on experience in managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Understanding of key paid social media metrics and analytics.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and draw actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for digital marketing and a desire to learn and grow in the paid social space.
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
