About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Analyst to join our team. This role will focus on identifying, evaluating, and curating speakers, thought leaders, and subject-matter experts across diverse domains. The ideal candidate will bring strong research capabilities, project management skills, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities, combined with prior experience in professional services or knowledge/research environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research to identify speakers and experts across industries using LinkedIn, public databases, social media platforms (X, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.), industry reports, and media sources.
- Build and maintain a structured database of potential speakers, including profiles, expertise, speaking history, and relevance to key themes.
- Evaluate and map speakers to specific topics, industries, and event requirements.
- Monitor emerging trends, trending speakers, and thought leaders across industries and geographies.
- Support the business development and events teams by providing tailored research reports and speaker recommendations.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between client needs and expert profiles.
- Manage multiple research projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in professional services, consulting, knowledge/research firms, or related industries.
- Demonstrated experience with LinkedIn, public databases, and social media platforms for research.
- Familiarity with professional services, speaker bureaus, or event industry (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, Word/Docs).
