Role Overview:
We are looking for a high-performing Social Media Manager with an IIM background to lead SpeakIn's digital brand voice and storytelling. This role is primarily focused on engaging B2C audiences - including professionals, learners, and coaching aspirants - while supporting strategic B2B brand initiatives.
You will be responsible for owning SpeakIn's presence across all major social platforms, driving reach, engagement, lead generation, and conversions. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of creative flair, strategic thinking, and a strong grasp of SEO and SEM practices to lead multi-platform social media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of all social media campaigns across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and emerging channels
- Design platform-specific content strategies focused on B2C engagement, targeting learners, working professionals, and coaching aspirants
- Create and curate compelling content including posts, carousels, reels, videos, testimonials, and thought-leadership snippets
- Build, grow, and manage online communities by fostering meaningful engagement and responding to audience interactions
- Run and optimize organic and paid campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and program sign-ups
- Implement and manage SEO and SEM strategies to enhance discoverability and digital performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote coaching programs, expert-led sessions, assessments, and platform initiatives
- Support B2B marketing by developing content that highlights enterprise partnerships, leadership development programs, and impact stories
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics; refine content and campaign approaches based on insights
- Stay ahead of digital trends, platform updates, and consumer behavior to keep content relevant and high-performing
Who You Are:
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or brand communications
- Strong storytelling and visual communication skills
- Proficient in Canva and/or Adobe Suite; comfortable with tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.
- Hands-on knowledge of SEO and SEM tools (e.g., Google Ads, Ubersuggest, Ahrefs, etc.)
- Strategic thinker with a strong sense of aesthetics, copy, and analytics
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and thrives in a fast-paced remote environment
- Passionate about digital branding, personal growth, and the future of learning and coaching
