- Supplier Relationship Work extensively with the partner brand to grow the Loyalty base and curate experiences for Loyal members.
- Ideate & execute omni channel strategies to activate the loyalty base and increase revenue contribution.
- Work closely with the Travel & Loyalty product team to drive product roadmap - benchmark competition and offer best in class booking experience
- Data Analytics & data backed decision making across booking funnel, transaction data and customer insights to drive business.
- Demand generation Work extensively with central marketing team in driving category traffic & awareness including merchandising.
- Complete ownership Planning & executing the category's channel wise promotion strategy via CRM, Performance marketing
- Collaborate with central marketing team to drive the CRM initiatives end-to-end.
- Strategize and execute on the customer segmentation & targeting to improve the efficiency of the marketing campaigns.
- Track, report the marketing campaigns efficiency and take corrective measures to improve the CAC.
