Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and qualified Chartered Accountant (CA/ICWA) with expertise in General Ledger (GL) consolidation, Shared Platform Accounting (SPA), and SAP S/4HANA implementation. The ideal candidate should bring strong domain knowledge of GL processes, deep understanding of US GAAP, and proven experience in leading or supporting SAP S/4HANA Finance transformations.

GL Consolidation 5+ years

SAP S/4HANA Implementation 2+ years

General Ledger 5+ years

Education CA/ICWA (Mandatory)

Strong knowledge of US GAAP & International Accounting Standards

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support GL consolidation activities across multiple entities and geographies.

- Drive and contribute to S/4HANA implementation projects, focusing on GL and financial consolidation modules.

- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with US GAAP and internal policies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, external consultants) to align system capabilities with business requirements.

- Design, streamline, and optimize GL processes and controls within S/4HANA.

- Provide expertise in chart of accounts, intercompany eliminations, and financial close processes.

- Perform gap analysis, prepare functional specifications, and support testing and deployment phases.

- Monitor and resolve issues related to data integrity, system configuration, and reporting accuracy.

Required Qualifications

- CA/ICWA certification (mandatory).

- 5+ years of experience in GL consolidation and financial reporting.

- Hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA (Finance/GL modules).

- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and international accounting standards.

- Proven track record in SAP implementation/migration projects.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with SAP Group Reporting or BPC (Business Planning & Consolidation).

- Knowledge of IFRS and other global accounting frameworks.

- Exposure to multinational environments and shared service models.
