Key Responsibilities: Social media specialist

Content Strategy & Planning


- Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, project launches, and festive/promotional events.

- Coordinate with branding, design, and content teams to plan platform-specific content (static posts, reels, stories, carousels, videos, etc.

Social Media Management


- Manage day-to-day posting and engagement across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.

- Write engaging captions and hashtags that reflect the brand tone and resonate with the target audience (homebuyers, investors, NRI clients).

- Manage paid social campaigns in coordination with the performance marketing team.

Community Engagement


- Monitor inboxes, comments, and messages; respond to queries in a timely and professional manner.

- Build and nurture an active online community to drive brand affinity and trust.

Campaigns & Promotions


- Run and support social media campaigns for project launches, walk-in drives, contests, and events.

- Collaborate with influencers, photographers, and video creators for high-impact visual storytelling.

Performance Tracking & Analytics


- Track key metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, impressions, and conversions.

- Use insights from tools like Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, and third-party tools to optimize content and strategy.

- Prepare monthly reports with recommendations for performance improvement.

Trend Monitoring & Innovation


- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and platform algorithm changes.

- Recommend and implement creative formats like reels, polls, live videos, 3D walkthroughs, or virtual tours.

Qualifications:

- 2-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in real estate, lifestyle, or lead-based industries.

Key Skills:


- Excellent content writing and copywriting skills for social media.

- Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter algorithms and best practices.

- Basic knowledge of graphic/video tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or mobile editing apps.

- Strong coordination and project management abilities.

- Familiarity with real estate audiences, project promotion strategies, and buyer engagement
