- Responsible for evaluation and sourcing, acquisition, execution and delivery of Valuation and Advisory assignments including developing financial models, feasibility studies, enabling decision-making by senior management.
- Present the economic, industry and business development insights specifically pertinent to the real estate services to provide effective and efficient informed opinions.
- Execute Feasibility Studies including market overview, Strategy formulation, benchmarking of comparable projects, JD/JV ratios, demand-supply analysis, Rent Roll Analysis, cash flow analysis and due-diligence exercise for the organisation.
- Research and analysis of client competitors including studying publicly available information (SEC Filings and investor reports) and third-party reports (including analysts) and preparing transaction comps for mergers and acquisitions for arm's length analysis, buy-sell recommendations etc.
- Provide data insights and coordinated with landlords, IPCs, government officials and legal counsels for due diligence, valuation, deal and tax structuring, documentation, land evaluation etc.
- Responsible for undertaking end to end deal advisory with both landlords and successfully closing land and investment transactions.
- Assist in negotiations, documentation and monitoring of land acquisitions and JV's.
- Any other related assignments as directed by Management.
Qualification & Experience:
- MBA/PGDM Finance
- Certificate in Property Valuations by Royal Institute of Charted Surveyors preferred
- Minimum 6 yrs experience in the relevant domain
