We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Presales Consultant to join our real estate team.
In this role, you will be a crucial link between our sales and development teams, providing expert product knowledge and technical support to potential clients.
You will play a pivotal role in showcasing our real estate projects, understanding client needs, and driving sales conversions.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the real estate market, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Consultation:
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and preferences.
- Provide expert advice on property features, specifications, and investment potential.
- Deliver compelling presentations and property tours, highlighting key selling points and addressing client queries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, fostering trust and rapport.
Product Knowledge & Expertise:
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of all real estate projects, including floor plans, amenities, and construction timelines.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
- Provide technical information and clarifications to clients regarding property specifications and legal aspects.
Sales Support & Collaboration:
- Prepare and deliver customized proposals and presentations based on client requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve targets.
- Provide pre-sales support, including site visits, documentation assistance, and follow-up communication.
- Work with the marketing team to provide feedback on marketing materials, and to ensure accurate technical information is being conveyed.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and inquiries in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular reports on presales activities, client feedback, and market trends.
- Assist in the preparation of sales agreements and other related documentation.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify potential client segments and emerging trends.
- Analyze competitor offerings and provide insights to improve our product positioning.
- Provide feedback to the development team on client preferences and market demands.
Technical Expertise:
- Be able to explain architectural plans, and building specifications to potential clients.
- Understand legal and financial aspects related to real estate transactions.
- Be able to use virtual tour software, and other presentation software.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 3-4 years of experience in presales, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving client conversions.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability1 to understand and articulate complex technical information.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends.
Education:
- A degree in architecture or civil engineering will be considered a strong plus.
