PR corportae & communication manager
Key Responsibilities:
Public Relations & Media Management:
- Develop and execute strategic PR plans for corporate initiatives, project launches, and leadership profiling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, bloggers, and media houses.
- Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, interviews, and feature stories.
- Organize press conferences, media briefings, and site visits for media personnel.
- Monitor media coverage and track press mentions; manage media clipping reports.
Corporate Communications:
- Develop internal and external communications including company newsletters, speeches, reports, leadership messages, and stakeholder updates.
- Manage the company's communication for key events, CSR initiatives, and partnerships.
- Ensure brand tone, language, and visual identity are consistent across all communications.
Crisis Communication & Reputation Management:
- Prepare and implement crisis communication plans to safeguard the brand image.
- Act as the first point of contact for sensitive media inquiries or adverse news.
- Work closely with legal, HR, and management on any reputational issues.
Content Strategy & Thought Leadership:
- Collaborate with marketing, digital, and content teams to drive thought leadership content (blogs, articles, LinkedIn posts, whitepapers).
- Pitch leadership for awards, speaking opportunities, and expert columns.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Support investor communication, press releases for new launches, MoUs, partnerships, and key milestones.
- Assist in drafting communication for RERA, CREDAI, and other regulatory bodies if applicable.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Mass Communication, PR, Journalism, or Marketing.
- 5-8 years of experience in PR and communications, preferably in real estate, infrastructure, or lifestyle industries.
- Existing relationships with regional and national media (especially in real estate or business media).
Key Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong media network and media relations experience
- Ability to craft compelling press stories and corporate narratives
- Crisis communication management experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office, media monitoring tools, and PR software
