Content strategeist
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, project launches, and seasonal promotions.
- Collaborate with design, digital, sales, and branding teams to identify content needs and opportunities.
Content Creation:
Write and edit content for:
- Project brochures, leaflets, flyers, and sales kits
- Website pages, blog posts, and SEO landing pages
- Social media posts, ads, captions, and reels
- Emailers, newsletters, WhatsApp campaigns
- Print ads, hoardings, and AV scripts
- Create emotionally engaging, persuasive content that drives buyer interest and lead generation.
Digital Marketing Support:
- Work with SEO/SEM teams to develop keyword-rich content for improved search visibility.
- Assist in writing Google Ads, Meta Ads, remarketing copy, and retargeting campaigns.
- Support content development for property portals (e., 99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com).
Brand Voice & Consistency:
- Maintain consistent brand tone across all content formats and platforms.
- Uphold quality standards and proofread all copy for accuracy, grammar, and messaging alignment.
Market & Competitor Research:
- Analyze trends in real estate communication, buyer behavior, and competitor content strategies.
- Use insights to craft relevant, customer-centric messaging.
Qualifications:
- Master's in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, English, or related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in content writing, preferably in real estate, lifestyle, or digital marketing agencies.
Key Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (regional language proficiency is a plus).
- Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities for both B2C and B2B audiences.
- Familiarity with SEO principles, Google Analytics, and CMS tools (WordPress, etc.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Understanding of real estate buyer personas, project USPs, and lead generation funne
