Job Summary:

- The Channel Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and managing strong relationships with channel partners to drive sales growth.

- This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with excellent communication and sales skills, a strong understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Channel Partner Management:

- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing channel partners.

- Act as the primary point of contact for channel partners, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues.

- Provide training and support to channel partners to enhance their sales capabilities.

- Monitor and evaluate channel partner performance, providing feedback and implementing improvement strategies.

Sales and Business Development:

- Develop and implement effective channel sales strategies to achieve sales targets.

- Drive sales through channel partners by providing them with necessary tools, resources, and support.

- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to channel partners and potential clients.

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with channel partners.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.

- Generate sales forecasts and reports.

Customer Service and Communication:

- Provide exceptional customer service to channel partners and their clients.

- Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders, including channel partners, clients, and internal teams.

- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.

- Create detailed documentation of sales activity, and customer interactions.

Real Estate Expertise:

- Maintain a thorough understanding of the real estate market, including property types, pricing, and market trends.

- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about properties to channel partners and clients.

- Ensure that all information provided is accurate, and detailed.

Qualifications:

Education: Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

- Proven experience in channel sales and partner management.

- Must have experience in the real estate industry.

- Channel sales experience within a real estate builder company is a strong plus.

Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.

- Customer service expertise.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
