Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Positioning:
- Define and execute branding strategies for corporate, residential, and commercial projects.
- Develop brand positioning and messaging that resonates with target customer segments.
- Conduct market, competitor, and consumer research to guide brand direction.
Marketing Communication & Collateral:
- Oversee the creation of brochures, hoardings, AVs, digital content, and project communication assets.
- Work with creative agencies for concept development, storytelling, and campaign roll-outs.
- Ensure consistency of brand language, tone, and visual identity across all customer touchpoints.
Campaign Management (Offline & Digital):
- Plan and execute integrated brand campaigns across ATL (TV, print, outdoor), BTL (events, activations), and digital channels.
- Collaborate with media planners, PR teams, and digital agencies for campaign delivery and performance tracking.
- Manage project launches and promotional campaigns to maximize brand visibility and leads.
Brand Performance Monitoring:
- Track brand KPIs like awareness, recall, engagement, and perception using data and analytics tools.
- Conduct regular brand health checks and customer feedback surveys.
- Recommend and implement strategies for brand refresh and repositioning if needed.
Internal & Stakeholder Alignment:
- Collaborate with sales, CRM, design, and project teams to ensure cohesive brand communication.
- Act as the brand custodian, guiding all departments and partners on brand usage and guidelines.
Vendor & Budget Management:
- Manage budgets for branding activities and optimize ROI across all platforms.
- Liaise with creative, media, digital, and print vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality output.
Qualification :
- Master's degree in Marketing, Branding, Communication, or related field.
- 6-10 years of experience in brand management, preferably in real estate, luxury, lifestyle, or FMCG sectors.
- Experience in managing creative teams/agencies and leading integrated marketing campaigns.
Key Skills:
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, storytelling, and consumer behavior.
- Creative flair with attention to detail and design sensibility.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in digital marketing concepts and tools (preferred).
- Analytical thinking and experience in using brand tracking tools
