
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing preliminary check list of the title deeds and other documents pertaining to the Immovable property bought by the company for the development.
- Preparing Note on missing documents and procure the same from concerned authority.
- Getting the Memorandum of Deposit of Title Deeds executed or cancelled
- Responsible to get the required approvals from Government authorities during the course of property development.
- Responsible for vetting and drafting the documents like Sale deed, Sale Agreements, GPA, JDA and other contracts etc.
- Responsible for due diligence work in concern to financers as well as Banks for to process loan.
- Responsible to get external Advocate Title Report for the company Property
- Handling registrations of Sale Deed, Joint Development Agreements, Power of Attorney, etc.
- Coordinate with Bank Panel Advocates in obtaining Project bank approvals
- Coordinate with Govt. officials in obtaining Karnataka RERA Compliance
- Coordinate with other Advocates related to Non -Litigation matters and maintaining the dates of the cases
- Conducting Arbitration cases and Land Acquisition matters
- Responsible for court cases and follow up the cases and co- ordinate with the external Advocate
Additional skills required:
- Ability to handle complex legal documents and apply general legal concepts in day-to-day interpretation.
- Excellent Inter-Personal Communication and Presentation Skills.
- Excellent Analytical Skills in Understanding any Kind of Task.
- Hard working, sincere, Strong determination, honest with utmost integrity
- 12 - 18 yrs of experience of which min of 8 yrs in Real estate industry.
- LLB or LLM
