About the Role:
The Key Account Management (KAM) role focuses on the acquisition of large corporates (with turnover > - 500 Cr) as both suppliers and buyers for the company. This role reports directly to the Chief Business Officer and is responsible for managing strategic relationships beyond the day-to-day MSME operations.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Key Account Manager with a strong focus on client acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and closing high-value deals to fuel the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
New Client Acquisition:
- Acquire key clients in the plastics processing space.
Lead Generation:
- Use various channels (cold calling, networking, digital outreach) to build a strong pipeline of potential clients.
Pitching & Presentations:
- Deliver impactful business presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in prospective client organizations.
Revenue Growth:
- Drive revenue by successfully closing deals and onboarding new accounts.
Market Research:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to refine acquisition strategies.
Sales Reporting:
- Track progress, update CRM tools, and report performance metrics to the leadership team regularly.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, or key account management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Target-driven with a growth mindset
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
