The Retail Operations Manager is responsible for managing relationships with supermarkets and retail stores, ensuring maximum visibility and optimal product positioning. They will strategize tactics and analyze performance.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Drive business numbers and business metrics (daily growth, per-person productivity, per-store business, per-customer business targets, eye-line visibility, stock-to-sale ratio).
- Enhance gross margin and total sales through operational effectiveness, focusing on cost, return on investment, and per salesperson outcome.
- Ensure positioning of new launches at the store level.
- Transform and enhance the customer experience by focusing on creating, delivering, and capturing value.
- Lead and drive the team to success, with the ability to hire field personnel.
- Connect with key accounts weekly to secure purchase orders.
- Knowledge and Experience - 4+ years of proven experience in retail operations, on-field, or offline sales.
