Soulflower - eCommerce Shopify Manager - D2C FMCG

About the Role:.

We are currently hiring a Ecommerce Manager with a successful track record to manage the Shopify website of Soulflower.

Primary Responsibilities:.

To achieve budgeted numbers for www.soulflower.in (website) in terms of Sales, cost per transaction, ACOS, Marketing expense, Alexa ranking, conversions, Key product targets.

Key responsibility is to ensure soulflower.

Presales The shopping experience on the website has to be smooth and hassle free.

Sales : Key focus on driving the soulflower.

Experience Once the order is placed, dispatch , courier and tracking info to be shared with the customer.

Technology integration/ utilization of in built apps for re-engagement of customers.

Cost To maintain P/L of the overall website operations ( Cost of running website, marketing cost, team cost , courier cost , discounts and sales ).

Planning & Operations / Activities.

- Monthly calendar of events / promotions / big days to be executed.

- Social media plan in sync with the same, with posts, images,, stories on all accounts like Fb, Instagram, LInkedin, Pinterest, Twitter, Quora.

- Regular updation of inventory , to ensure there are no stock outs, sales plan to be shared with the production team for the month.

- Planning of email, whatsapp, social media campaigns and ensuring they are executed in-coordination with the design team.

- Payments and reconciliations.

- Reco of COD , credit card, paytm , paypal, razorpay payments.

- Logistics and courier bills to be reconciled.

- Reco and Clearance of all invoices related to website maintenance.

- All marketing invoices of Google/ Fb etc to be verified and cleared.

Reports and Data Management.

- Daily, weekly and monthly reports to be maintained to enable data based decision making in every aspect of business, from discounting/ schemes, marketing promotions, website traffic management, ad management etc.

- To ensure the vast repository of customer database is mined regularly and utilised to generate additional sales and maintain customer touch base at regular intervals.

- Influencer marketing / Ad agency management for promoting website and making new associations.

You will operate as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders and build relationship with accounts, customer stakeholders and internal partners.

Knowledge and Experience:.

- Minimum of 3+ years of experience as Ecommerce KAM for shopify.

- Experience in backend Coding, SEO a must.

- Excellent reading, writing, and verbal proficiency in the English language.

- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.

Competencies:

- Prior working experience as an Ecommerce Manager for Shopify website in FMCG sector or in a similar role.

- Proven ability to come up with business strategies to grow and generate sales.

- Excellent understanding of operations in Shopify.

- Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind.

- Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers.

Outstanding communication skills

Skills & Requirements:

- You have prior experience in a similar role as well as experience strategizing, managing, and optimizing Ecommerce operations on Shopify to generate revenue and meet monthly sales targets.

- You have a strong sense of urgency, ability to manage details and multiple tasks while responding to changing priorities and feedback.

- You are a hands-on self-starter, with a can-do positive attitude, willing to roll up their sleeves to do whatever it takes to get the job done, and a strong work ethic will also be essential.

- You are a highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills.

- You are well planned, meticulous and organized.

- Excellent relationship management skills.

- You are open-minded, curious, and a strong problem solver.
