We are seeking a high- impact Operations Program Manager to drive strategic initiatives across our last mile delivery, fulfillment, and supply chain operations. This role demands strong program management capabilities, data- driven decision- making, and the ability to work cross- functionally with operations, tech, product, and business teams. You will be responsible for scaling operational excellence, leading transformation projects, and ensuring seamless execution of new initiatives across the supply chain network.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and execute strategic programs across last mile, warehousing, and fulfillment operations to improve efficiency, cost, and customer experience.

- Collaborate with cross- functional stakeholders (Ops, Tech, Product, Finance, HR) to define project scopes, KPIs, milestones, and success metrics.

- Analyze large sets of operational data to identify gaps, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities.

- Drive process improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma) to reduce turnaround times, improve SLA adherence, and enhance throughput.

- Monitor program health through dashboards, audits, and governance reviews; course- correct with agility.

- Play a key role in expansion and capacity planning, especially during peak seasons.

- Lead pilots for automation, tech rollouts (TMS/WMS), or new delivery models.

- Serve as a thought partner to the leadership team in shaping long- term operational strategy.

Key Requirements:

- 3- 10 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or program management roles in logistics, e- commerce, or manufacturing.

- Strong experience in managing complex, cross- functional programs with multiple stakeholders.

- Proficiency in analytics tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau) and comfort working with large datasets.

- Exposure to Last Mile, Fulfillment Centers, and Reverse Logistics operations.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem- solving skills.

- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or PMP is a plus.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA preferred.
