Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with business goals and customer behavior insights.

Campaign Management:

- Conceptualize, design, and run innovative marketing campaigns across app, web, and other digital channels.

Offer Innovation:

- Design creative and effective app-exclusive offers and promotional strategies that boost user engagement and retention.

CleverTap Expertise:

- Build, run, and optimize user journeys in CleverTap. Monitor campaign performance, segment users effectively, and provide actionable insights.

Cross-functional Leadership:

- Collaborate with design, product, sales, and tech teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans.

Performance Analysis:

- Track KPIs, generate reports, and continuously optimize campaigns for ROI and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in managing end-to-end marketing campaigns (preferably for app-first or D2C brands).

- Proficiency with CleverTap - journey building, segmentation, analytics, and campaign automation.

- Strong analytical skills to translate performance metrics into marketing strategy.

- Creative mindset with the ability to ideate new offer mechanics and campaign ideas.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.

- Familiarity with other tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and CRM platforms is a plus.
