The Program Manager will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring successful integration of our solution while maintaining high client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to drive projects to successful completion within scope, timeline, and budget.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of the product integration project at the client site.
- Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams and the client's stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, set timelines, define milestones, allocate resources, and monitor progress.
- Identify project risks and issues, proactively develop mitigation plans.
- Ensure seamless communication between technical teams, leadership, and client representatives.
- Provide regular project updates to internal leadership and client stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations as required.
- Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, project scope, and client expectations.
Key Skills
- 7+ years of relevant experience in project/programme management roles.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certification is a plus.
- Experience working on software product implementations or integrations.
- Proven experience in programme or project management, preferably in client-facing roles.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills; ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello, etc.).
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Sound understanding of integration projects, preferably in a product-based environment.
