Role Overview:

- The Programme Manager will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring successful integration of our solution while maintaining high client satisfaction.

- The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to drive projects to successful completion within scope, timeline, and budget.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end delivery of the product integration project at the client site.

- Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams and the client's stakeholders.

- Develop detailed project plans, set timelines, define milestones, allocate resources, and monitor progress.

- Identify project risks and issues, proactively develop mitigation plans.

- Ensure seamless communication between technical teams, leadership, and client representatives.

- Provide regular project updates to internal leadership and client stakeholders.

- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations as required.

- Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, project scope, and client expectations.

Key Requirements:

- 7+ years of relevant experience in project/programme management roles.

- PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certification is a plus.

- Experience working on software product implementations or integrations.

- Proven experience in programme or project management, preferably in client-facing roles.

- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills; ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.

- Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello, etc.

- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.

- Sound understanding of integration projects, preferably in a product-based environment.
