Solytics Partners - Manager - Customer Analytics

Role Overview:

- We are looking for a skilled Statistician or Econometrician at the mid-to-senior level, with strong hands-on expertise in data modeling and customer analytics.

- In this role, you will analyze customer data to generate actionable insights, develop customer marketing models, and identify high-potential leads within our data.

- You will collaborate closely with senior executives to shape data-driven strategies, focusing on lookalike modeling, customer segmentation, and interest profiling-helping us better understand our customers and engage them with the right messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

- Apply statistical and econometric techniques to analyze customer data and derive actionable insights.

- Develop lookalike models to identify potential high-value customers based on behavioral patterns.

- Create and refine customer segmentation models to enable precise targeting and personalized outreach.

- Identify customer interests, engagement patterns, and behavioral trends.

- Design a comprehensive customer marketing model that connects behavior, product usage, and lead generation potential.

- Analyze customer data to uncover, categorize, and prioritize different lead types.

- Partner with leadership to translate data insights into strategic business decisions.

What You Bring?

- 5-8 years of experience in data science, statistics, or econometrics, with a focus on marketing or customer analytics.

- Ability to work independently and extract deep insights from complex datasets.

- Expertise in lookalike modeling, segmentation, and behavioral data analysis.

- Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

- Hands-on experience in building predictive models that support marketing and lead generation efforts.

- Strong communication skills-able to translate technical insights into actionable business strategies.
