Role Overview:

- We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect - Functional Treasury with strong expertise in treasury operations, capital markets, and financial product management.

- The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing and implementing functional and technical solutions for treasury and capital market processes, ensuring alignment with business goals.

- This role requires a professional with excellent communication skills, deep domain expertise in OTC derivatives, fixed income, and treasury operations, and the ability to bridge business requirements with technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the solution design and architecture for treasury and capital market functions.

- Partner with business stakeholders to understand functional requirements in finance, treasury, and product operations.

- Translate business needs into scalable, high-performing technical and functional solutions.

- Provide domain expertise in OTC derivatives, fixed income, and broader treasury products.

- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to ensure solutions are aligned with client needs and regulatory requirements.

- Conduct feasibility studies, define solution roadmaps, and provide functional guidance to development teams.

- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing thought leadership on treasury systems, risk management, and capital market processes.

- Ensure compliance with industry best practices, financial standards, and governance frameworks.

Required Skills & Expertise:

Domain Expertise:

- Treasury and Capital Markets

- OTC Derivatives & Fixed Income Products

- Treasury Operations, Risk Management, and Regulatory Compliance

Functional & Technical Skills:

- Solution design, product operations, and functional architecture

- Product management exposure in financial systems

- Strong understanding of end-to-end treasury processes
