Key Responsibilities:
- Presales & Discovery: Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements, challenges, and business objectives through effective discovery sessions and workshops.
- Solution Design: Design and articulate comprehensive technical and functional solutions that address client needs, leveraging our product/service suite.
- This includes proposing architectures, integration strategies, and implementation approaches.
- Product Demonstrations: Deliver compelling and tailored product demonstrations, presentations, and technical deep-dives to various stakeholders, from technical teams to senior executives.
- Technical Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert on our products/services, staying up-to-date with new features, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Proof of Concept (POC) / Pilot Management: Lead or support the execution of Proof of Concepts (POCs) and pilot programs, ensuring successful outcomes and clear articulation of value.
- Proposal Support: Contribute to the creation of detailed proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and technical specifications.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with sales, product, engineering, professional services, and customer success teams to ensure successful project handoffs and client satisfaction.
- Thought Leadership: Participate in industry events, webinars, and thought leadership initiatives to promote our solutions and expertise.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Master/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 7 years of progressive experience in a Solution Consultant, Presales Engineer, Technical Consultant, or similar client-facing technical role.
- Proven ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly grasp new technologies and product functionalities.
- Exceptional presentation, demonstration, and communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to convey complex technical information to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a consultative approach.
- Experience responding to RFPs/RFIs and building compelling proposals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment
