4) Process compliance - Regular and timely updates, updating knowledge repository

5) Aesthetics & document formatting - Quality, consistency/relevance of graphics - architecture diagrams, mock-ups, infographics, etc.; consistency of formatting (headings, fonts, indents, bullets, table and diagram captions, text alignment, etc.
