Job Role:
- We are looking for a proactive and experienced Customer Support Manager to lead our support team and ensure exceptional customer service across all touchpoints.
- This role involves managing day-to-day support operations, resolving escalated issues, analyzing service metrics, and driving process improvements.
- The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a customer-first mindset, and a track record of building high-performing support teams.
Job Responsibilities :
- Experience in handling complaints and inquiries.
- Should be good at building strong relationships.
- Strong process orientation.
- Experience in implementing processes leading to better addressal of customer queries and higher productivity for the team.
- Experience in Hiring, training, and appraising, and leading a team.
- Well versed with reporting and analysis.
- Ability to set goals and measure performance.
- Collaborative and adaptive to change.
Must Have :
- 6 -10 Years of proven experience in customer support or service leadership roles.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and support software.
