Head - Sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute a scalable inside sales strategy aligned with company goals.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a multi-tiered team of inside sales professionals.
- Optimize lead qualification and meeting scheduling processes to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
- Design and drive an end to end inside sales process to generate revenue from remote VC meetings
- Collaborate with marketing, field sales, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Use data analytics to track KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement.
- Build and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in inside sales, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven success in scaling inside sales teams in high-growth environments.
- Exceptional leadership and motivational skills with a strategic mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM, dialer tools and sales analytics.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
