Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Soft Skills Trainer with a background in training healthcare professionals (nurses, medical staff, etc.) to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that enhance the interpersonal and communication skills of healthcare staff. The trainer will work closely with hospital teams, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to improve patient interaction, teamwork, leadership, and overall workplace effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging soft skills training programs tailored for healthcare professionals, including communication, empathy, teamwork, emotional intelligence, time management, and patient care etiquette.
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and develop customized training modules for nurses, doctors, and support staff.
- Utilize interactive training methodologies, such as role-plays, group discussions, case studies, and real-life healthcare scenarios.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, surveys, and performance evaluations.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring sessions to healthcare employees as needed.
- Collaborate with hospital management, HR, and department heads to align training objectives with healthcare service excellence.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in healthcare communication and patient interaction.
- Prepare training materials, reports, and presentations for various stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Certification in training and development (e.g., Train-the-Trainer, NLP, or similar) is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Soft Skills Trainer in the healthcare sector or similar role.
- Strong understanding of healthcare communication, patient interaction, and hospital workflows.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate healthcare professionals.
- Familiarity with e-learning tools and digital training platforms is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for coaching and mentoring healthcare staff.
