About the job:

- SocialPilot is looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our team.

- You will build meaningful SaaS products in the Martech space that the customers love.

- You will be part of a highly collaborative group of creative problem solvers with a passion for innovation.

- In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional product teams, including UX and UI designers, product managers, engineers, customer success managers, and marketing managers.

- This role is full-time, remote in India.

What you will do:


- Lead the entire marketing of SocialPilot and manage different marketing functions including Performance Marketing, Content Marketing, Partnerships & Alliances, Affiliates, PR, Email Marketing etc.

- Work with Conversion Rate Optimization specialists to identify, plan and execute CRO activities on SocialPilot web properties.

- Handle the responsibility of brand management campaign strategies and ensure all marketing campaigns align with business objectives.

- Developing, executing, and managing digital marketing strategies for SocialPilots target markets Deeply study competition marketing approaches campaigns and integrate these learnings into SocialPilots marketing strategies.

- Define monthly, quarterly and annual marketing plans and ensure all marketing activities are planned and executed as per business plan.

- Define KPIs for team leads/members to provide feedback and training for marketing activities.

- Work closely with the product team for new feature launches and support marketing activities as required.

What are you like:
- 10+ years of marketing experience, major experience working SaaS companies targeting small and medium sized enterprises


- Must have solid understanding of Inbound Marketing

- Expert-level understanding of content marketing and SEO.

- Must understand different formats of content, starting from short-form content (social media posts, web copies, etc.) to long-form content (blogs, articles, e-books, white papers, case studies, etc.)

- Should be able to strategies the 360 degree marketing campaigns and execute it efficiently to reach the target audience from multiple platforms and channels.

- Prior hands on experience working on performance marketing activities

- Ability to understand the importance of branding and should be able to build strategic campaign around it

- Must have experience in evaluating team performance based on their KRA/KPI, guide & motivate them to achieve the same

- Ability to lead a team of 10+ people, mentor them time to time and grow the team eventually

- Must be able to communicate well and work with cross functional teams
