Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to meet acquisition, conversion, and ROI goals.
- Manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, programmatic, and other platforms.
- Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, bid and budget management, and creative testing.
- Monitor daily performance metrics to understand effectiveness of campaigns.
- Collaborate with creative, content, product, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive messaging and user experience.
- Leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker, Mixpanel) to generate insights and inform strategy.
- Report on campaign performance and present recommendations for improvement to stakeholders.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in digital or performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital ad platforms and performance KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, etc.
- Experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
