- We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Product Specialist to play a key role in engaging with prospects, driving product adoption, and ensuring customer success.

- The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in product management, customer success, or sales within a SaaS environment.

- This role requires a strong understanding of social media management tools, customer engagement, and product enhancement processes.

- Key Responsibilities:


- Customer Engagement & Sales Support: Work closely with prospects to understand their business needs and recommend suitable product solutions.

- Conduct live product demos to help prospects assess fitment.

- Collaborate with existing customers to increase product awareness, adoption, and retention.

- Create custom enterprise plans for agencies, ensuring alignment with their specific needs.

- Handle customer onboarding and ensure a smooth transition to product usage.

- Product Feedback & Enhancement: Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve product usability and effectiveness.

- Work with the technology and product teams to suggest enhancements based on user insights.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market needs to help refine product strategy.

- Customer Success & Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with customers to maximize product utilization.

- Assist in troubleshooting product-related queries and offering proactive solutions.

- Drive customer retention strategies by ensuring high satisfaction levels.

- Required Skills & Qualifications: 2-4 years of experience in product management, customer success, or sales.

- Prior experience in a SaaS company is a plus.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.

- Ability to conduct live product demos and explain features effectively.

- Understanding of social media marketing and its nuances (preferred but not mandatory).

- A self-starter with a strong hustler mindset and ability to work independently.

- Proficiency in CRM tools, analytics platforms, and customer engagement tools.
