Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
- Identify opportunities for innovation, improvement, and differentiation.
- Present roadmap updates to stakeholders and executive leadership.
Requirement Gathering & Prioritization
- Translate business needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize features and backlog items based on ROI, business impact, and technical feasibility.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product review meetings.
Go-to-Market & Customer Success
- Support training, onboarding, and enablement efforts for internal teams and external users.
- Monitor product performance, adoption, and customer satisfaction metrics post-launch.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify and address product bugs, bottlenecks, or user experience issues.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
Required:
- 6-9 years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS, enterprise platforms, or tech-driven environments.
- Proven track record of launching and managing B2B or B2C products.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in managing products within digital transformation, data analytics, or enterprise
automation domains.
Soft Skills:
- Self-starter with high ownership and accountability.
- Detail-oriented yet capable of strategic thinking.
