Key Responsibilities:
- Product Vision & Strategy: Translate the companys mission and growth goals into an actionable and inspiring product roadmap.
- Roadmap Planning & Execution: Work closely with engineering and design teams to build and ship features in a timely, scalable, and efficient manner.
- Break down complex problems into executable product initiatives and ensure high-quality delivery.
- User-Centric Development: Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative feedback from students to inform product decisions.
- Deeply understand user behavior and pain points to create features that truly address their needs.
- Market & Customer Insight: Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and user interviews to ensure product-market fit.
- Identify emerging trends in EdTech and incorporate best practices into the product vision.
- Collaboration & Communication: Partner with marketing to define the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, feature launches, and user engagement.
- Communicate product plans, progress, and rationale to internal teams and senior leadership.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing the end-to-end lifecycle of B2C digital products, preferably in tech or EdTech.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to guide decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize features and manage trade-offs based on business impact and user value.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics, Jira, Figma, or similar.
- Experience in scaling products from thousands to millions of users
