- we are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Paid Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team.
- In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), and other relevant platforms.
- You will play a crucial role in driving qualified traffic to our website, generating leads, and achieving key marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Planning & Execution:
- Develop, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns across various channels (Google Ads, social media, etc.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to identify target audiences and optimize ad campaigns.
- Create compelling and high-converting ad copy and visuals.
- Set up and manage campaign budgets, bids, and targeting options.
- Track and monitor campaign performance using relevant metrics (e.g,, clicks, conversions, cost per acquisition).
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, identify areas for improvement, and optimize campaigns for better results.
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance and key metrics.
- Utilize data analytics tools to gain insights into campaign effectiveness and audience behavior.
A/B Testing & Optimization:
- Conduct A/B and multivariate tests to optimize ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.
- Continuously analyze and refine campaigns based on performance data and industry best practices.
Stay Updated:
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in paid advertising, including new platforms, technologies, and industry regulations.
- Attend industry events and webinars to expand knowledge and stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in managing paid advertising campaigns across various channels (Google Ads, social media).
- Proven track record of successful campaign performance and achieving marketing objectives.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant marketing analytics tools.
- Proficiency in using social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads Manager).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with programmatic advertising and display advertising.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Google Ads certifications.
- Experience with SEO and content marketing
