Marketing Manager
Job Description:
- Seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, build a strong brand presence, and generate high-quality leads.
- The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the Technology Services sector, with a proven track record of driving successful marketing strategies and lead generation campaigns.
- This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Brand Positioning:
- Develop and execute strategies to establish BigSteps unique positioning in the market, ensuring differentiation from competitors.
- Identify and market to specific niche audiences, tailoring campaigns to maximize impact and engagement.
Lead Generation and Conversion:
- Drive lead generation across all possible channels, including email marketing, manual outreach, webinars, website optimization, digital advertising, and content marketing.
- Create and implement a robust plan to generate high-quality leads and improve conversion rates.
- Design and implement innovative marketing strategies to drive revenue.
Digital Marketing and SEO:
- Ensure the website is optimized for search engines by applying SEO best practices to drive organic traffic.
- Implement data driven marketing strategies.
- Ability to analyse marketing data, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize strategies accordingly.
Content Marketing and Campaign Execution:
- Actively participate in content creation, campaign execution, and other essential marketing activities.
Team Leadership and Mentorship:
- Mentor and lead a high-performing marketing team while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Ability to analyze marketing data, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
- Experience: 4-8 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in Technology Services related to Software Product Engineering, Digital Transformation, or Cloud.
- Proven track record of driving successful marketing strategies, executing high-impact lead-generation campaigns, and establishing strong brand positioning within the Information and Technology sector.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and ability to leverage them for organic growth.
- Experience in managing and mentoring teams while also being a hands-on contributor.
- Ability to develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies.
- Ability to analyze marketing data, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize strategies accordingly.
