What you will do:
- Create and execute inbound marketing strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on content, SEO, email, and social media.
- Measuring and reporting on inbound marketing campaign performance.
- Developing new growth initiatives.
- Develop and manage a content strategy, including blog posts, case studies, white papers, and other assets to attract and engage target audiences.
- Implement and optimize SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the website.
- Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and other relevant channels.
- Develop and implement strategies to generate and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide regular reports on key metrics.
What are you like:
- 10+ years of marketing experience, major experience working SaaS companies targeting small and medium sized enterprises
- Must have solid understanding of Inbound Marketing
- Expert-level understanding of content marketing and SEO.
- Must understand different formats of content, starting from short-form content (social media posts, web copies, etc. ) to long-form content (blogs, articles, e-books, white papers, case studies, etc. )
- Should be able to strategies the 360 degree marketing campaigns and execute it efficiently to reach the target audience from multiple platforms and channels.
- Prior hands on experience working on performance marketing activities
- Ability to understand the importance of branding and should be able to build strategic campaign - around it
- Must have experience in evaluating team performance based on their KRA/KPI, guide motivate them to achieve the same
- Ability to lead a team of 10+ people, mentor them time to time and grow the team eventually
- Must be able to communicate well and work with cross functional teams
