About the Role:
- We are seeking a visionary and strategic Head of Content to lead our content strategy, creation, and distribution across all platforms.
- This role is pivotal in shaping the brand voice, driving engagement, and positioning the organization as a thought leader in the industry.
- You will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing content team and aligning content initiatives with overall marketing and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with brand positioning, target audiences, and business goals.
- Lead the planning, creation, and optimization of multi-format content-including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, infographics, newsletters, and social media posts.
- Manage and mentor a team of content writers, editors, and freelancers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, SEO, product, sales, and leadership teams to deliver impactful content campaigns.
- Own the editorial calendar, ensuring consistent publishing and content relevance.
- Monitor content performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, or similar, and adapt strategy based on insights.
- Establish and maintain brand voice, tone, and style guidelines across all communication channels.
- Oversee SEO strategy and execution, ensuring content ranks and performs effectively in search.
- Manage content distribution through owned, earned, and paid channels.
- Develop thought leadership content, executive ghostwriting, and strategic messaging for PR and brand positioning.
- Coordinate with external agencies, guest contributors, and influencers as needed.
