Position Overview:.

- We are seeking a Group Head (Creative Copy), with a proven track record of delivering exceptional content and driving creative excellence.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading content strategy, crafting award-worthy campaigns, and ensuring client satisfaction through impactful storytelling.

- You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns that drive growth and align with client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Creative Brief Development: Craft compelling creative day-to-day briefs, individual topical content, moment marketing posts, and demonstrate strong visual thinking capabilities.

- Content and Campaign Ideation: Lead the development of innovative content ideas and campaign concepts that align with brand objectives and resonate with target audiences.

- Brand Understand & Creative Excellence: Adapt writing style and tone to suit different brands, platforms, and audience segments.

- Ensure content adheres to brand guidelines while maintaining creativity and originality.

- Strategic Contribution: Actively contribute to brand strategy development to deliver meaningful impact on campaigns and business objectives.

- Account Ownership & Decision Making: Demonstrate strong decision-making skills while maintaining complete ownership and accountability for assigned accounts.

- Growth Leadership: Drive significant business growth by successfully leading major pitches and actively identifying opportunities to deliver great work backed by thorough research and deep consumer understanding.

- Team Leadership & Development: Demonstrate superior leadership skills through effective team retention strategies, cultivation of positive organizational culture, implementation of learning and development initiatives, and strategic talent acquisition.

- Cross-functional Expertise: Possess in-depth understanding of and ability to drive growth through Media, SEO, ORM, PR, Production, and Tech initiatives.

- Research Thinking: Maintain comprehensive brand and product knowledge while conducting regular industry and category benchmarking to identify opportunities.

Qualifications:

- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing and creative writing, with at least 3+ years in a senior leadership role.

- Proven portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, creative excellence, and versatility across different platforms and brands.

- Experience leading creative teams and mentoring junior copywriters.

- Track record of developing award-winning or highly successful campaigns.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, content strategy, and performance metrics.
