Social Media Strategist


Key Responsibilities:


Develop and Execute Social Media Strategy:

- Design and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with our course offerings, target audience, and business objectives.


- Define platform-specific posting schedules, engagement tactics, and content themes.

Content Creation (Organic + Lead-Gen):

- Create high-quality, informative, and engaging content including videos, reels, carousels, infographics, polls, and more.


- Tailor messaging to resonate with learners and drive interest in course enrollments.

YouTube Channel Management:

- Take ownership of our YouTube presence write scripts, plan video series, optimize metadata (titles, tags, descriptions), and coordinate with video editors to publish and promote compelling educational content that ranks well and generates leads.

Audience Engagement:

- Build an active and loyal community by responding to comments, DMs, and queries across platforms professionally and in a timely manner.


- Initiate interaction through questions, polls, and lives to encourage participation.

Lead Generation Campaigns:

- Work with marketing teams to plan and execute content that attracts, educates, and converts potential learners.


- Craft effective CTAs, hooks, and formats optimized for sign-ups and inquiry forms.

Analytics & Performance Tracking:

- Monitor campaign performance using tools such as YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite, and third-party analytics platforms.


- Track KPIs such as engagement rate, click-through rate (CTR), video views, and lead conversions.


- Make data-driven recommendations to improve ROI.

Collaborate Across Teams:

- Work closely with the Content, Product, and Performance Marketing teams to align content efforts with broader business goals.


- Ensure timely promotion of new courses, modules, webinars, or offers.

Stay Ahead of Trends:

- Keep up with evolving trends, platform algorithm changes, best practices in video marketing, and tools to refine content and strategy.


- Innovate continuously to stay relevant and competitive.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in social media management and content strategy

- Proven experience in YouTube content creation, channel management, and basic SEO for videos

- Strong command of content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, InShot)

- Knowledge of lead generation strategies and audience targeting via social channels

- Excellent writing skills, especially for scripting educational and marketing content

- Strong understanding of social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp

- Familiarity with analytics tools (YouTube Studio, Meta Insights, GA4, etc.)

- Creativity, attention to detail, and a learner-focused mindset

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Basic understanding of marketing funnels, CTAs, and ad copywriting

Preferred (Nice to Have):

- Prior experience in EdTech, online learning, or personal development courses

- Experience with paid social media campaigns or boosting content strategically
