We are seeking an experienced Social Media Specialist who can manage a Content Strategy (posting content on LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram), SEO, and LinkedIn Sales Pipeline.

LinkedIn Pipeline will help us build potential clients who are looking for our services.

Potential clients from LinkedIn need to be redirected to the website, whereas a specialist needs to have an engagement model.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategy building: Devise a comprehensive social media campaign strategy tailored to attract the client, covering four social media.

- Execution: Implement the campaign across platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram.

- Video generation and Editing: Generate high-quality videos (using an AI tool) based on content provided by the content/copy writer.

- Lead Generation: Create a funnel to engage potential candidates and drive them to apply for open positions.

- Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance, providing detailed reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.

Required Skills:

- {Mandatory} Proven experience in customer journey and understanding the touchpoints.

- Create a client persona and create smart marketing goals.

- {Mandatory} Proven experience in social media strategy, including content marketing, SEO (on-page, off-page and technical SEO) and execution for the B2B tech industry.

- {Mandatory} Proven experience in competitive analysis and market analysis.

- A deep understanding of reporting, KPI and ROI.

- {Mandatory} Proven experience in performance marketing, paid Ads and affiliate marketing.

- {Good-to-have} Good knowledge of video generation and video editing.

- The candidate should have experience in generating videos using AI tools and be able to edit them.

List of Social media platforms/Channels:

- LinkedIn for sales pipeline, branding, publishing our services on LinkedIn and increasing our followers.

- YouTube for real and paid advertisements.

- We will publish our free content on YouTube.

- You need to develop a strategy to increase our subscription base.

- Instagram for real and paid advertisements.

- We will publish our clips of services on Instagram.

- You need to come up with a strategy for lead generation.

- Lead generation via SEO Optimization (Google and other platforms).

- Increase traffic towards company website.
