This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth delivery of HR operations, including payroll management, labour law compliance, statutory audits, and HR process automation.
The position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to enhancing efficiency, ensuring compliance, and improving the overall employee experience within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll operations with accuracy.
- Ensure labour law compliance and handle statutory requirements.
- Support and coordinate statutory audits.
- Drive HR process automation to streamline operations.
Qualifications & Skills
- 5 - 12 years experience in HR operations, payroll, or compliance.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and multitasking ability.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in payroll and compliance.
- Comfortable working on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
