Role Overview
- Were looking for a high agency, data driven Senior Performance Marketing Leader to own and scale our digital acquisition engine.
- The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience managing large-scale performance campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.
- This role is critical to driving user acquisition and unlocking the next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategize, plan, and execute ROI-positive campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, YouTube, programmatic, etc.
- Own performance metrics CAC, ROAS, LTV, cost-per-lead etc.
- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to deliver high-converting creatives and landing pages.
- Run A/B tests, experiment with ad formats, audiences, and funnels.
- Drive automation and scale using tools like Google Tag Manager, Pixel integrations, Looker Studio, etc.
- Manage agency partners or freelancers if needed.
- Monitor daily budgets, pacing, and performance with full funnel visibility.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 6 to 10 years of performance marketing experience, ideally with a mix of startup and/or high-growth consumer brand exposure.
- Proven track record of scaling campaigns with strong CAC control.
- High ownership mindset and ability to work independently.
- The ideal candidate should have prior experience in leading teams and the enthusiasm to build and scale a new team from the ground up.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable in Excel, Google Analytics, and ad
dashboards.
- Experience with tools like Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, GA4, or MMPs for attribution.
